Tickets once purchased cannot be modified or cancelled. Refunds will be initiated only in case of event cancellation.
CLiPS Members MUST NOT purchase tickets for non-members at member price. Additional charges, which will vary event by event, will be due from those holding member tickets if confirmed as non- member. Refusal to pay the additional charge will automatically bar the non-member from entrance to the event.
CLiPS Members & Non-Members MUST NOT purchase member tickets when non-member ticketsnare not offered for an event. Additional charges, which will vary event by event, will be due from those holding member tickets if confirmed as non-member. Refusal to pay the additional charge will automatically bar the ‘non-member’ from entrance to the event.
CLiP Members holding a member ticket but cannot attend an event may pass their ticket to another CLiPS member only. It will be in their own interest to verify whether person is member or not. On event day CLiPS reserve the right to deny entry to the event if person’s membership is not verifiable.
Members children of 21 years of age, and older, DO NOT qualify as members.They must be registered as CLiPS member to be eligible for member tickets. Additional Charges will be due on event day if confirmed that person is 21 years or over. Refusal to pay the additional charge will automatically bar the ‘non-member’ from entrance to the event.
By attending the event, you assume any, and all, risk and/or danger resulting in any loss, damage, death, or injury however so caused. The board members and trustees will not be responsible for any loss, damage, death, or injury. Nor will they be responsible for the actions of any third party.
CLiPS reserve the right to deny entry to anyone at the event.
