Attendance for Picnic #2 is limited to eligible CLiPS members who purchased tickets before the registration deadline for the June picnic.

Important Attendance Policy

Tickets are non-transferable.

All member tickets are non-transferable. CLiPS reserves the right to refuse admission if anyone other than the registered ticket holder(s) attempts to attend Picnic #2.

Non-members who attended the first picnic are not eligible to attend the second picnic.
No walk-in attendees will be permitted, regardless of whether they are CLiPS members or non-members.

Food Details

Snacks, refreshments, and live dosa.

Enjoy light snacks and refreshments in the morning, followed by fresh dosas prepared on-site by the Mantra / Chaat Bhavan team.

Pre-Lunch Snacks

10:30 AM to 1:00 PM

Light snacks and refreshments available throughout the morning until lunch is served.

Live Dosa Catering

1:30 PM to 4:30 PM

Fresh dosas prepared on-site by the Mantra / Chaat Bhavan team.

What to Bring

Plan for comfort.

For your comfort, we recommend bringing a few items to make the day more enjoyable.

Folding chairs are recommended for comfortable seating throughout the day.
