Thank you for expressing an interest in becoming a CLiPS member. CLiPS is a non-profit 501(c)4 organization. To learn more about CLiPS, please click here.
You can download the CLiPS Membership form by clicking here. Please fill out the form and mail the form along with the check to the address shown below.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY Before you mail CLiPS membership form, please read the following carefully.
· Please make checks payable to “CLiPS” and send the check along with the membership form (filled out) to the following address

· Life member and Annual member must be a Patidar from Native Charotar, Kanam, Vakad or Daskoshi regions from Gujarat, India.
· Life Membership and Annual Membership of a qualified Patidar Family includes Primary Member, his/her spouse, their unmarried children, parents and brothers & sisters living with the family as a one family unit.
· Patron Membership includes any one other than a qualified life member(s) as defined above who is a friend and supports the CLiPS Samaj goals and objectives with limited rights and privileges per the Samaj by-laws. Patron can be a single entity, business or an individual and his/her spouse and children living with the Patron. |

Becoming a Member |

In order to update your membership information, you must print out the following document, fill it out and send it to CLiPS.
· Click here to update your membership information.
Additionally, you can send an e-mail by clicking here and letting us know what information you want to update. However, no changes will be made to your membership until a printed out version of the memberships changes are received by CLiPS. It is requested that you mail the printed version to CLiPS within 10 business days of you sending the e-mail. This is needed to ensure validity of the changes.
When sending e-mail, please include any or all of the following: · Family member changes: · Name(s) of family members removed from the membership · Name(s) of family members added to the membership · Ages of family members added to the membership · Birthdates of family members added to the membership · Relationship of family member to primary member · Occupation/Education of family member to be added · Is family member to be added married (Y/N)?
· Change of Address and/or phone numbers: · Provide new address including street, house/apt number, city, state, zip code. · Provide phone number if number has changed
· Email information · Provide an updated email address where we can send correspondence to for the family. Please let us know if we can delete the previous email address on file, if any. |

Tip: Having trouble sending mail?
Make sure your Browser is configured properly so you can send mail from the machine you are using. For Internet Explorer, do the following:
1. Launch IE 2. Select “Tools… Internet Options…” 3. Select “Programs” Tab 4. In E-mail control, make sure your email editor is selected. 5. Press “Apply” and then press “OK”. |
